In line with NHS guidelines Biddlestone Health Group is now operating a telephone triage appointment system.

When you ring a receptionist will take your details and ask you breif reason about why you need to speak to a doctor, they will then arrange for the doctor to phone you back to discuss your symptoms and the best course of action.

Please note the doctor will try twice to make contact.

Reception, Admin & Secretarial Team

In addition to our clinical team we have a team of helpful and experienced reception, admin and secretarial staff who are committed to assisting and supporting our patients.  To ensure they can do this as efficiently as possible they may need to ask for further information or to check information in your medical records when you telephone the surgery.

They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.  Please show the same courtesy to them as you would to the rest of the team.
