In line with NHS guidelines Biddlestone Health Group is now operating a telephone triage appointment system.


When you ring a receptionist will take your details and ask you breif reason about why you need to speak to a doctor, they will then arrange for the doctor to phone you back to discuss your symptoms and the best course of action.


Please note the doctor will try twice to make contact.

How can I get help or advice at Biddlestone Health Group?

Make an appointment to see one of the Doctors or Nurses - you can bring a friend, or your parent / guardian, or you can come on your own

You can submit us an email question via biddlestone.a86010@nhs.net and one of our doctors or nurses will reply Even if you are under 16 you still have the same rights to confidentiality as anyone else.In exceptional circumstances, for example when a doctor or nurse thinks you might be in serious danger, it might be necessary to pass information on but, even if we do, we will usually talk to you first before we tell anyone else. This applies to everyone, no matter what age you are.
