Allow processing time
Submit the request before you run out. Weekends and bank holidays may affect processing.

Your pharmacy can tell you when the medicine is ready and help with medicine questions.
How to request a precription
The NHS App
The quickest and easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through the NHS App.
Through our website
If you have signed up to use our online service through SystmOne, then you can also send a request that way.
As well as medication details and issue dates, you can also nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription. This can be a more convenient option than coming to the practice.
If you have not yet signed up for our online services, please speak to the Reception team to get access.
By Telephone
Please ring 0191 2650785 (This line is open 24 hours). Please leave a recorded message which should include your name, date of birth and the medication you require.
In-person
Visit us at Biddlestone Health Group and speak to the Reception Team. Please bring the repeat prescription form part of your last prescription.

Join our patient participation group
