If you were asked to contact the practice, or the expected time has passed, submit an online request or telephone 0191 265 5755. Call between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.

The person arranging your test should explain when and how you will receive the result. Some results take longer than others and may need to be reviewed before they appear online.

Urgent advice: Get urgent help
